Our prices are $250 (plus applicable credit card processing fee) per person, which includes a certificate of ascension.

Reservations and Gift Certificates

Reservations can be made and gift certificates can be purchased over the phone with name, credit card and phone number. Vouchers are sent out with full details of how to book the balloon flight and once a date has been set you will receive a further information pack detailing our launch site and check in times.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 72 hour cancellation notice.  If your reservations are not cancelled prior to this time, or if you are a "no show" the day of the flight, you will be charged the full amount of the flight.  If your flight is cancelled by Rocky Mountain Hot Air, LLC., due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control, there will be no charge.  We will then do our best to reschedule your balloon ride to another date.   Rocky Mountain Hot Air, LLC., reserves the right to cancel, postpone or delay any flight due to safety considerations.
